With our enhanced product you receive a phone number that you can use as your own business/social phone line. When people call that line you will know that it is from someone you shared your contact info with. No more guessing should I answer or not? We have all had that experience.

When you share your information with your new contact whether it be via a swipe, tap, email or text the customer is asked to enter their information into a capture. We do this to make sure we are getting the proper information from the customer. No more misspellings! Once they agree to the terms and conditions they can download your profile information. Upon completion of the capture and acceptance of our terms and conditions your new contact has now opted in to receive text messages. This applies to the enhanced version only while using our application and the number we provide. They can text STOP at any time to stop communications. The standard version does not have an opt out feature as you are using your own line. If you’re texting your clients without their approval you are not compliant and can face serious consequences. Your contacts must be able to opt out and your personal cell phone doesn’t offer this. This is something that has always concerned me when I was running different companies in the automotive industry.

Our other reason for starting this company is business owners spend a lot of money in advertising. Customers come in and the sales associate will share their personal cell phone information with them. For example, if an employee is terminated they are leaving with your clients information in their personal cell phone. With our business enhanced product you are able to provide The Contact Card instantly to any and all new hires. All of the contacts you capture using our software stays within our software unless you enable the ability for the, to download it to their personal phone's contacts. If an employee leaves or is terminated you can lock them out and your customer database is safe and you can even reassign it to a new employee.
